Invite an RCS test device

POST/rcs/senders/{channelId}/test_devices

Invite a phone to test a submitted sender. The phone gets a prompt in Google Messages; once it accepts (status is accepted), the sender can message it as soon as Google verifies the sender, before any launch. OAuth apps need numbers:manage.

The invite's state, e.g. pending until the tester accepts it and accepted after. The sender reaches the phone only once it's accepted.

Response codes

201Every test device, with the new one
400`invalid_channel_id` or `invalid_field`.
401Your API key is missing or invalid. Pass it as a bearer token.
404`rcs_sender_not_found`.
409`rcs_sender_state_conflict`: submit the sender first.
422`rcs_test_device_rejected`: the phone couldn't be invited.
502`upstream_unavailable`: the RCS network couldn't be reached. Retry with backoff.
