List tickets

GET/tickets

Lists the organization's support tickets, newest first. Includes call-forwarding requests opened with POST /me/numbers/{number}/call-forwarding. OAuth apps need tickets:read.

Your API key, sent as a bearer token: Authorization: Bearer <api_key>. Editing this stays in sync with the API key box on the right.

Maximum number of items to return per page. Must be between 1 and 200; defaults to 50. Combine with cursor to paginate.

pending: not started yet. in_progress: Blooio is setting up forwarding with the carrier. completed: calls now forward. failed: the last attempt failed, and the ticket stays open with Blooio support. A closed ticket always reads completed.

Response codes

200A page of tickets
400The request was malformed — check the path, query parameters, and body.
401Your API key is missing or invalid. Pass it as a bearer token.
403Your API key isn't allowed to access this ticket (blocked key or plan limit).
