Get a number purchase

GET/numbers/purchases/{purchaseId}

A purchase made with POST /numbers. Its numbers appear in GET /numbers once it's completed. OAuth apps need numbers:read.

400`invalid_purchase_id`.

401Your API key is missing or invalid. Pass it as a bearer token.
