Get contact capabilities

GET/contacts/{contactId}/capabilities

Returns per-identity reachability/capabilities (iMessage/SMS/RCS, etc.) for a contact. For iMessage (blooio) identities this is a LIVE per-number lookup performed by an active iMessage channel — the request is rejected with 409 if the API key has no active iMessage (blooio) channel provisioned. rcs says what each of the organization's verified Blooio RCS senders can show each of the contact's phone numbers.

Path parameters

Whether the sender may message the number yet: it's live, or the number is one of its accepted test devices.

featuresoptionalarray | null

The RCS features the phone supports, such as RICHCARD_CAROUSEL or ACTION_DIAL; null when it can't receive RCS. A phone that gets RCS is rechecked weekly; one that doesn't, daily.

401Your API key is missing or invalid. Pass it as a bearer token.
404No contact was found with the provided `contactId`.
409No active iMessage (blooio) channel is provisioned for this API key, so live iMessage/SMS/RCS detection is unavailable.
