Read Focus status

GET/chats/{chatId}/focus

Reads whether the other person in the chat has notifications silenced by a Focus, as their device shares it over iMessage. silenced means new messages arrive quietly; to break through for a message you sent, use Notify Anyway. unknown means the device has no status for this person (for example, a handle Messages has not seen yet, or someone who does not share Focus status). Apple does not expose a way to turn another person's Focus on or off. Returns 409 for group chats and non-Blooio channels.
