Check a use case

GET/10dlc/usecases/{usecase}/qualification

Whether the organization's brand qualifies for a campaign use case, and how many sub use cases it takes. OAuth apps need numbers:read.

200The qualification
400`invalid_field`: `usecase` isn't a registry code.
401Your API key is missing or invalid. Pass it as a bearer token.
403`feature_not_enabled`: Blooio SMS and Blooio Voice aren't enabled on this organization.
404`brand_not_found`.
409`brand_not_registered`.
422`usecase_not_qualified`: the brand can't register campaigns with this use case.
502`upstream_unavailable`: the carrier network couldn't be reached. Retry with backoff.
